Bedtime Bling:

Does Marula Oil count? I have this exotic glass jar of African Marula Oil and I rub it all over my face and baby bump each night and it makes my skin super soft and silky.

Nightly Nosh:

Frozen Greek yogurt, or a frozen Siggi's yogurt (I put a container in the freezer when I'm making dinner and it turns out perfect by bedtime) with raspberries and blackberries and maybe a square of dark chocolate.

Bedtime Book:

Right now I'm reading “What to Expect When You're Expecting.”  I'm due in July with my first baby.

Sleep Secret:

EYE MASK from Brookstone that's super soft and really blocks out all the light. 

Sleep Suit:

Soft, comfy Hard Tail lightweight sweat bottoms and my husband's business school t-shirt.  

Crash Pad:

Hard mattress, soft sheets, comfy pillows, a cool room (too hot doesn't make for a good night's sleep), and my husband's snuggly body.  

Lights Out:

Usually by 10am! I'm up at 5:30 or 5:45 a.m. most mornings.
